Submit your film

The British Independent Film Awards considers every eligible film for nomination. With the help of British-based film festivals and by tracking the release schedules, our researchers set out to find everything that qualifies. To assist us, you can submit your film for consideration directly.

The submission deadline for films is September 19th 2014.

Please read the rules of eligibility before submitting a film to BIFA.

If you are eligible please complete the from below, please note you must also send a minimum of ten DVDs to BIFA in order to complete your entry.

For security purposes these DVDs will be destroyed after December 20th unless otherwise stated in the form below.

Due to the volume of submissions we are unable to contact everyone regarding nominations. These will be announced on our website (and via twitter) on November 3rd 2014. 

The Awards will take place on December 7th 2014

In order to complete your submission you need to provide us with 10 DVDs and/or a series of screenings for our members to attend. All DVDs will be destroyed after December 20th. Please let us know if you intend to collect your DVDs before then.
